Is it Illegal to Collect Rain Water in the USA ?
Apparently the answer may be yes .
This is seriously perverted ! I have plans to collect water myself . First of all they have done this in S.America , and started revolutions there . Second it's bullshit , turning a right into a privlidge . Anyone who approves of this path is braindead . Third it's not deverting water , it doesn't move , it's collected right were it lands , if it lands on you or your property it belongs to you . I could see if your collector imposed on anothers property , that has some merit , but this up river approach to the rule is misleading and inaccurate . The practice of collecting water is supported by the constitution , and is an unalienable right of life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness .
